Perfect benefit, culture, employees, work-life balance.
No impact work and tech skills
A typical tech-industry interview process involves whiteboarding and coding. This can range from superficial, trivial questions to deep systems knowledge questions. It is a very difficult interview, but a very rewarding experience.
Two LeetCode medium questions, both solvable within 20 minutes (if you are prepared). No tests to run against; you just need to write coherent code. Then, you have 5 minutes at the end to ask questions about working at Meta.
Typical SWE interview experience. The whole process was smooth, and they were nice the entire time. Not much else to say. They also took me on a tour of their campus.
