I met a recruiter at the Facebook offices, and she showed me around. Because I was applying for an engineering position, the tour started on the engineering floor, which isn't too big. The offices were nice but nothing super special. She did mention

Straightforward coding and design. 2 coding interviews, 1 system design interview, and 1 hiring manager interview. The recruiter was very helpful. It was a very nice experience. Interviewers were helpful and kind. Everybody was very friendly.

The interview process began with an initial recruiter screen call, followed by a technical phone interview focused on coding. I did not advance further in the process, but they did mention multiple coding rounds if I had progressed.
