Pros: - Autonomy for every engineer is something I haven't seen anywhere.
- Career growth is great as long as you find the right opportunity.
- Refreshers are great as well.
Cons: The only con I would say is the public media issues, but this is something the company is working hard on.

Pros: If you're smart and good at software engineering, this place is the best for your career development. Excellent people, excellent food, excellent pay.
Cons: If you're rather new to the industry, you can struggle. Sometimes moving too fast at an early stage won't be good for your overall development throughout the years. There is no work-life balance at all.
