Well paid, but you're disposable
The compensation is excellent. Free food and Life@ expenses are nice.
Poor work-life balance. Too big of an emphasis is placed on the performance review process and not on the actual performance itself. For example, people who talk up nothing projects tend to have more success than those who keep their heads down and work hard without boasting.
More flattening is needed. Less managers, more engineers.
