Incredible benefits, transparency, and ownership
I've interned here twice now and had a great time both summers. Facebook really does live up to their "move fast and break things" value.
Weekly Q&As and internal resources allow for great transparency and a sense of a flat hierarchy. There is an incredible amount of resources and employee benefits (food is amazing!). People are super friendly, smart, and mission-driven.
I've heard there is a lot of mobility between teams within the company. I was treated like a full-time employee and given ownership of my project.
It is sometimes difficult to have work-life balance. Because Facebook moves fast, there is also not as much emphasis on documentation and code review.
