I've interned here twice now and had a great time both summers. Facebook really does live up to their "move fast and break things" value.
Weekly Q&As and internal resources allow for great transparency and a sense of a flat hierarchy. There is an incredible amount of resources and employee benefits (food is amazing!). People are super friendly, smart, and mission-driven.
