Terrible for Mental Health
Great compensation, lots of free perks, especially if you work in the office (free food, field trips, etc.).
As an intern, I was working 12-hour days every day. No one cares about your mental health. Managers just want you to work faster. No matter how fast you work or how good your work is, they just want you to go faster next time. They don't care about employees' health or how much they work. There's no diversity. As a Latino, I faced a lot of racism and microaggressions.
