The process was fairly smooth; good information provided for preparing for the interview & proper expectations were set before the interview regarding the day's schedule. My experience with both recruiting and engineering was very good.

The recruiter emailed us with the offer. We were able to select a date for the interview within a very large range. Then the first interview came. It was my first interview, and I wasn't well prepared, so I failed.
