People are so nice and really helpful. I'm so happy to be on such a great team. I can learn a lot.
Return offer policy.
Initially, the company said the return offer would not be decided until December. Then some interns received return offers, and we tried to work as much as possible.
After September, even those top interns did not have return offers.
The recruiter said we were very likely to have a result before October, but now there is still no result, and it seems very unlikely to have the chance.
Work-life balance is not so good. It's common for people in our team to work after dinner.
