Smart people - bad culture
Good pay, nice benefits, smart folks.
Too much politics, no clear sense of direction, no clear ownership of projects, low efficiency, growing difference between slogans and reality.
More leadership is required.
Meta has a lot of talent, but it is used poorly.
People are busy playing politics because they don't have real work to do.

The process had several steps, led by interesting and knowledgeable interviewers. I even had fun during the process. However, it overlapped with a wave of layoffs and a hiring freeze, so I didn't get the offer.
