An efficient year is not efficient with the layoffs
Free food, snacks, drinks, perks, choice benefits for fitness. Salary is competitive. Product Manager sucks. TPM is awesome.
Work morale is low due to the layoff and politics. The engineering manager is useless. PSC twice per year.
Hiring better managers, flattening those M1 and M2, and a non-sensical product manager.
