I went through 3 rounds of interviews and 1 logic test. The interviewers are quite friendly. The difficulty and requirements are different for each candidate, and it really depends on which interviewer is assigned to interview you. Therefore, it really depends on luck.
I have a friend with a 3rd class honors who got offered, and friends with 2nd upper who got rejected.
