Got invited to the company for their mass hiring exercise after talking to the manager at the career fair. It was a mass interview session with batches starting at different times.

Reception was organized and quickly cleared interviewees to start interviews.

The interview consisted of three rounds, all one-to-one. The first round was a general interview with a section manager that might not be from your department. The second round was with perhaps your manager. The third round was with your department director.

The first two interviews were okay and pleasant. There were no technical questions, but mostly about your motivation to join Micron and to see if you were okay doing overtime or shifts. They displayed flexibility with the interview topics.

I rated the experience negatively because of how HR handled rejection cases. I heard many horror stories where graduates thought they were being brought for further interviews or to do a logic test. When asked about the next step, HR avoided the questions and just brought them to the gantry.

Myself also rejected, I was led to the lobby and stood there dumbfounded because the person who led me there stayed in the elevator. The gantry people just took my pass and said, "Out this way, HR will contact you." It was super unprofessional.
