Received an email for a phone interview based on the resume already in the system. Was not expecting a technical interview in the first call itself. The interviewer was very professional and asked several questions. Sent me an email later informing that I was not selected and gave feedback on things I needed to work on.
Questions
What do you understand by semiconductor?
Convert decimal number into hexadecimal.
Explain MOSFET, PMOS, and NMOS.
Explain inverter operation.
Why micron?
Explain mean, median, and standard deviation, their respective equations, and the reasoning behind them.
