Friendly, a nice salary, and good people
It can sometimes be too boring.
Four stage interviews: 1. Online interview with directors (30 mins). 2. Group interview (8 people, should only be 1 hour, but dragged until 2 hours). 3. Coding interview (10 mins chatting with senior engineers, then 20 mins notepad coding, mostly on
Simple and fast. I had a recruiter reach out to me and talk about my background, as well as technical experience. All went fantastic, and they set up a technical interview. After that, I waited a week before I heard back with a job request.
Three panel interviews were conducted: one for corporate fit, another technical, and a final one with management. The process lasted three hours and was designed to end with an offer at the end of the day. It was a very well-organized hiring process.
