Terrible experience.
They kept delaying the release of results. The interviewer was changed two hours before the interview. The recruiter informed me of a hiring freeze, then hopped on a call, stayed for 30 seconds, and left, showing no emotion.
Communication could have made things easier, but they didn't even try.

Pros: I have been at Microsoft for 3 years. The culture is great, there are a lot of opportunities, and you can move between different teams easily.
The work-life balance is great.
Cons: Too many changes happen every year. However, it always feels new. If you are okay with the change, then it's a pro.
