I was initially contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn regarding the role. The process began with a recruiter screening call to review my background, experience, and interest in the position, followed by a hiring manager (HM) screening to assess fit at a higher level and align on role expectations. After clearing both screenings, the process moved into three formal interview rounds:- A Hiring Manager interview focused on leadership approach, prior experience, and strategic alignment with the team's goals.- A Team interview with several members of the group I'd be working with, focused on collaboration style and day-to-day working dynamics.- A Technical/Subject Matter Expert (SME) interview that dug into domain-specific technical depth relevant to the role.Overall, the process was well-structured and moved at a reasonable pace, with clear communication at each stage about next steps.
