Cons: Not enough focus on project work. Most of the time, you spend in meetings rather than progressing in any work. Employees can be a bit arrogant. As an intern, they don't have much time to offer help and will be fed up if you ask for it, so you really need to know the field well. You're also expected to work outside the normal 9-5 hours for meetings.
