Process

Horrible experience!! Office NLX team.

Referred by an employee:

  1. Recruiter called to do initial screening and proceeded to the next round.
  2. This was with the hiring manager; it went well and moved to the next round.
  3. Three back-to-back 45-minute interviews. Two were DS/algo, and the last one was behavioral.

Tech rounds were 50/50. I didn't hear anything back for about three weeks.

Then, the recruitment coordinator reached out to me to set up a fourth interview. That was with the same manager from the first interview. I waited about 30 minutes online, and no one joined the meeting.

I tried reaching out to the recruitment team, the recruiter, and the manager. Now, one week later, I still have no replies.

They talk all big about the work culture and these are the types of people you will be working with. Then it is not worth it.
