Cons: Too much micromanagement, which is not fine.

Pros: Good stock plan and decent benefits, but there is no guarantee you will take ownership of them.

Cons: - micro-management - late daily meetings (e.g., up to 9/9:30 pm) - on-call with frequent high-impact incidents - I was lied to during the interview; there would be no on-call, and the work would focus within the 9-6 window. - nepotism - The majority of the people are toxic, and the workplace is toxic. (e.g., people sabotage you to get promoted; they insult you, and the manager takes their side if they have more seniority in the company.) - I was fired during the probation period without notice or reason. They repeated that the law doesn't force them to give me a reason.
