Pros: Honestly, there are some really great people at Microsoft. My immediate staff are pleasant to be around, and my boss is nice. But it is very team dependent.
Cons: They do not pay as much as other big tech companies. The culture has gone downhill a little bit in the past couple years, and there is a bad job of job/task assignment.
