This was a typical Microsoft interview.
I was contacted by HR and briefly interviewed. Then, on the interview day, I met with two people in the morning and two after lunch.
My first two interviews asked legitimate and typical questions about my experience, what I do, and what I might like to do.
My last two interviews seemed unusual. I was asked about my typical day-to-day activities (which I found odd) and, in the final interview, asked to describe my ideal workplace.
It was a quick interview.
