The interview process consisted of four rounds of phone screens.
The initial round included technical, behavioral, and research-related questions.
Following that, there were two screening rounds:
- One with the program manager and their superior.
- Another round focused on understanding my background and how I could contribute to their research and product development.

Pros: The tech stack in a lot of teams really sucks. How satisfied you are with the company will depend largely on your manager and what you are working on.
Cons: There are a lot of incompetent managers here. The more incompetent they are, the more likely they will take all credit for your work and churn you out of the team. They need to do this for their own benefit.
