Process
I turned in my resume at a university recruiting event.
I received a reply about 10 days later and had my first screening interview on campus.
It was pretty straightforward; I just had to show my passion for the job and the company.
I did have a few issues with the coordinator leaving Microsoft, and I was left out of the loop for almost a month.
MS Career Support was helpful, though, and they forwarded me to someone who could assist. I am still waiting to hear back.
