I had a first-round interview with a recruiter from a university recruiting fair, which was a behavioral interview. They mostly asked 'Why Microsoft?' and about my background and resume.
Then, I was asked to fly out to Seattle for an onsite interview at the Redmond Campus. There was an optional pre-meet dinner with current Microsoft employees. It was basically a big networking event, and I actually got to meet some of the employees who would interview me the next day.
I was on campus from 10 AM to 5 PM.
From 10 AM to 1 PM, we had lunch and a lab tour.
From 1 PM to 4 PM, I had scheduled 45-minute technical interviews.
