Partner Technical Lead Interview Experience - Redmond, Washington
Process
Multiple individual interviews were conducted, progressing from the most junior interviewer to the most senior in line management. Interviews were concentrated into one (very long) day.
An "as appropriate" interview with a senior person outside the line management structure was included as a follow-on after the interview loop was completed.
At each step, interviewers entered feedback into an online tool that subsequent interviewers could see before they met with me.
Mostly situational interview questions were used, along the lines of, "Describe a time when..."
Questions
Nothing out of the ordinary, but "Describe your biggest professional mistake."
