Process
The worst interview process I have ever had.
I applied online for two positions and was contacted by a recruiter. I replied to the questions they had, and then received no response; they disappeared.
I sent multiple emails for follow-up but never heard back from them.
For one position, I reached the final round, but there was no follow-up from them.
I know MS is a big company, but they should learn to be respectful to candidates. The worst interview experience ever!
