Great Culture, Learning Opportunities

Pros: They have a great culture.
Work depends on which team you are in, but it is generally good.
We do tend to use some old tech, but there is still a lot to learn.
Culture focuses on a growth mindset, and there are various learning opportunities in domains even outside of daily work, including some high-impact fields like quantum, etc.
Cons: Pay might be slightly lesser as compared to fintech companies or some high-paying startups.
