Pros: - WLB is mostly chill (depending on team)
- Good benefits
Cons: - Average pay when compared to startups or other big tech giants.
- Got stuck at a team which works on an extremely internal tool with almost nil future scope. The work isn't very interesting. Even though the people are good, I am forced to search around for jobs as I hate the work.
