Process
I applied for a frontend position but was interviewed by a backend-only developer and asked data structure questions. Only one of the questions pertained to the frontend, which was odd considering it was a frontend position and my background is frontend. The interview did not pertain to the skills listed on the job description. It was more focused on how recently the applicant had done LeetCode problems rather than the skills mentioned in the job description.
