An acceptable but stressful place to work
Senior Software Engineer • Former Employee
Austin, Texas, United States

Pros: Perfect benefits that cover everything and don’t require payments. Good WLB, except recently since layoffs started.
Cons: High stress, crazy expectations to use AI even when it’s not applicable to the problem, below-average pay, and it's crazy hard to get a promotion.
Constant fear of layoffs hitting any moment.
It seems like they want to get rid of all people as soon as possible.
