Perfect benefits that cover everything and don’t require payments. Good WLB, except recently since layoffs started.
High stress, crazy expectations to use AI even when it’s not applicable to the problem, below-average pay, and it's crazy hard to get a promotion.
Constant fear of layoffs hitting any moment.
It seems like they want to get rid of all people as soon as possible.
