I applied for this position at Microsoft and later received an email from a recruiter asking me to fill out a form. The form was clearly designed for recruiters, not for candidates, to use. It contained instructions like "Ask them this" or "ask them if they have done that." It seemed the recruiter was expected to schedule a call to ask me these questions, but instead, they decided to simply send me the form and have me fill it out myself.

I completed the form, and a few days later, they responded, asking for a suitable time for an interview. We agreed on a time and scheduled the interview.

However, on the scheduled date, an unexpected issue prevented me from attending. I emailed the recruiter to inform them of this. I have not received any response from the recruiter since, even after attempting to contact them multiple times.

I did not get to go to the interview.
