I applied and was interviewed at Microsoft Bangalore. The HR representative was very polite and handled the process well. The first interviewer was also very polite, and most of the questions asked were related to trees and similar topics. The first interview went well.
The second interview was with a problematic individual. He showed up very late, and to make matters worse, he did not respond to my greeting. Instead, he began the interview as if it were a confrontation.
The issue with this person was that he had a fixed implementation in his mind and was unwilling to listen or go through and understand my code. Instead of making an effort to understand the code, he stated, "I don't think it will work," and so on. It is not worth working in such teams where people are not willing to listen and expect fixed answers.
Anyway, I have an offer from Amazon, and the Google process is ongoing.
