The process was fairly disorganized. I applied in January but only heard back late February.
In the meantime, I found a job, but I accepted the HR call out of curiosity. The external representative didn't have much information on the position, and we decided I would ask for a follow-up after settling into my new role a bit more.
That decision was ignored, as about two weeks later, I received an email asking to schedule the three technical-ish interviews.
I was still curious about what the position entailed, so we scheduled the interviews on three consecutive days.
The first interview went alright, but I messed up the second one. The interviewers were pleasant and professional.
However, the third interviewer didn't show up. I gave up after waiting for about 20 minutes and sent an inquiry to the HR representative.
I received an automated email the next day stating I had been rejected, but there was no feedback. This level of disregard definitely left a sour taste in my mouth.
