Process

The expert interview included a good riddle. I then needed to implement it, and the focus was on how I thought, not exactly what I coded.

Also, the interviewers were really nice. They made sure I understood everything and created a comfortable environment.

A lot of legacy applications... A lot of firing

Senior Software Engineer • Former Employee

Hyderābād, Telangana, India

September 30, 2020

Pros: Salary, Bonus, Share

Cons: There are a lot of legacy applications. They will hire you as a good coder, but the work is junk. There is a lot of firing. Every year, they fire at least 30% of people from a project twice. If you are safe this year, be ready for next year. There is no HR; only the line manager is god here. It's a very, very scary company.
