Process

This was the worst interviewing process. They contacted me on LinkedIn, and I responded that I was interested. They then replied with 10 questions in my inbox. I answered them, and later that week, they sent me an invitation for the OTS (Online Technical Screening).

I showed up five minutes early, but no one attended the meeting. I waited for an hour and sent a couple of emails, but nothing happened.

One week later, they informed me that the position was closed for LATAM. They offered to transfer me to a job position in another team that could hire someone from LATAM and said they would send me the OTS the next day. I am still waiting and have sent emails without any response. It was a complete waste of time and discouraging to be stood up.
