Interviews were conducted with current staff members and some managers.

The interview process consisted of a first-round meeting with a key executive. During this meeting, we discussed the role and the reasons it became available (a senior engineer had accepted another position and was within a week of leaving).

Following this meeting was a roundtable discussion with the software development team. They asked numerous questions about my background and answered a few of my questions.
