I had an initial technical screen, followed by a virtual onsite. A few days later, I received an email from a business recruiter stating that Microsoft had an offer for me and requested my availability to discuss it. After I provided my availability, they did not reply to any of my emails for two weeks. Subsequently, they sent an email stating that all positions were filled and apologized.

I reached out to the talent sourcer, who confirmed I had cleared the interview but that all positions were filled before my candidacy could be processed. They then completely ghosted me.

I did not expect this from a company like Microsoft.
