The interview process included a technical screen, followed by a virtual onsite with coding, system design, and a behavioral interview.

All of the interviewers were great to speak with. The recruiter, however, was very unpleasant. He not only missed scheduled chats with me, citing "working with multiple time zones is hard," but also provided incorrect information about my interviews. This included wrong names, wrong interview types, and wrong times.

Please stop using outsourced recruiters from other companies. They definitely do not meet the Microsoft bar and are very incompetent.
