Pros: Feasible working hours. My manager cares about what I think. Everybody has his own office. Good work-life balance. You could get promoted very fast.
Cons: Coworkers don't talk to each other that much.
The cafeteria is gross.
But it totally depends on the building you are in.

Pros: People are nice. A lot of projects you could participate in, so there are many opportunities. Work and life are well balanced.
Cons: Salary is a little lower than expected.
