First, it was on the Codility platform. They gave two questions, and later shortlisted 47 students for a technical round. This round had three parts:
Given four coding questions and asked some behavioral questions in the technical interview.
Questions
Flattening of a double linked list and a backtracking sum.
Given a selection sort list and asked some concepts of DSA.

Pros: All the people I met were smart, motivated, and focused. I had little interaction with upper management, which means the projects were well managed at the appropriate levels all along.
Cons: Teams can change quickly. As a contractor, you may have to catch up with who's in charge of what.
