I was flown to the Microsoft offices in Seattle and stayed in a hotel for three days.
The experience itself was nice, but the method of interviewing wasn't that great. The interviewers are from specific teams, so getting hired feels like a crapshoot. This is because the team might be hiring one or eight people, and it totally depends on that specific team's needs.
Also, there is no committee or group discussion during the process. It is dependent on whether the specific interviewer liked you.
