Software Developer Interview Experience - Seattle, Washington
Process
They give a phone interview, and then if you make it past the first round, they send you to Redmond where you go through two days of interviews. I only got the first-round phone interview, which I thought I did well on, but unfortunately, I didn't make it to the second round. It took Microsoft about a month and a half to get back to me, though. An extremely long time.
