I handed in my resume through the school's career fair. Microsoft contacted me very soon after, and an on-campus interview was arranged for the following week.
The problems were not particularly difficult. First, there were some questions about my resume. Then, an algorithm question followed. It's advisable to be well-prepared for classic algorithms and basic programming language knowledge.
Due to the agreement, I cannot disclose details about the question, but it involved a very famous string algorithm. Unfortunately, due to my limited knowledge and rushed preparation, I did not receive an offer.
Nothing is difficult if you are well prepared.
