Process
The interview process was extremely fast after I mentioned there was a deadline.
Technical and design questions were asked, for example, "Design an elevator control system."
The interviewer was the head architect for the group and was extremely friendly. We bounced ideas off each other.
I interviewed with a total of 5 people. By the 5th person, he was asking if I had received the offer whether I would accept it, so I knew I had nailed the interview.

Pros: Compensation and perks are right up there, at least if you work in Puget Sound. Obviously, the enterprise is big enough that there is loads to explore.
Excellent work-life balance (depends on the team though).
Very friendly people (mostly).
Cons: Easy to get into teams that have flaws.
Management screws up a lot, and this could affect your day-to-day activities.

Pros: Interesting, often bleeding-edge Computer Science problems are a regular part of my job.
The compensation isn't bad.
Cons: - The management often seems like they don't know what they're doing.
- Certain products look like they have no business plan.
- Engineering excellence is low in most people's priorities.

A great place to get started

Pros: Great place to land coming out of college as an engineer. I was surrounded by strong technical mentors and able to get up to speed with the industry without regularly working ridiculous hours. I truly appreciate the culture of work-life balance.
Cons: I was looking for opportunities to work hard and get ahead. I wanted to see my efforts and contributions reflected directly in my career trajectory, and I felt that I wasn't going to do significantly better in terms of learning or making advancements by working super hard.
I also wanted to diversify my skill set instead of just focusing on engineering, and that was hard to do in the environment.
