Process

I applied online on Microsoft's official website for an internship position. A recruiter contacted me about a year later regarding a full-time position as a software development engineer. I was asked if I was interested in interviewing for the position.

I was scheduled to interview two weeks later on campus at 11:00 am on Friday. It was a one-on-one interview.

Cons: The lesser middle management will make things more transparent between employees and the leadership team. Salaries and benefits are not equal among employees at the same level.
