I applied online and gave a college recruiter my resume. They took about two months to respond, saying they wanted to interview me. The interview seemed a little rushed, and the interviewers seemed bored. The interviewer was somewhat laid-back, but I was still extremely nervous. It was also a little informal, which can be nice.
