Process
So far, I have had one interview and am still waiting on the outcome.
If the first interview goes well, you proceed to the second round.
The interviewer was friendly and helped me in some places. A good tip is that if they give you hints, they probably want you to succeed, so don't let their help go in vain.

Pros: The team is very close-knit, and there are lots of morale events. People work hard and are extremely passionate about what they do. The pay and benefits are very good, and the management strives for high results and driving forward the company's vision. As an intern, the opportunities to meet with senior executives and technical leaders is unparalleled. There is also a passion for quality that I have not seen at other companies that I have worked for.
Cons: Work sometimes gets stressful, and sometimes there is not enough collaboration between teams. Products are not marketed well enough. Technically superior products, like Azure, are not market leaders.
