I applied online through Microsoft Careers.
About a month later, I was contacted for a screening interview with the Foundry program. It was scheduled as a 30-minute interview over the phone, but my actual interview only lasted 15 minutes.
One to one-and-a-half weeks after my screening, I received an email inviting me to Vancouver for a full day of interviews.
Questions
In the screening interview, I was asked:
"Why do you want to work for Microsoft?"
After that, the interviewer focused on my previous experience and personal projects.
There was nothing technical.
