Pros: 1. Brand value.
2. One of the best facilities provided to employees.
3. Depending on the team, work-life balance is good enough to enjoy your family life.
Cons: Most of the IDC team is involved in second-grade work. Different divisions within the organization are not collaborating at all. Although employees were recognized for good work, merely doing good work is neither a necessary nor a sufficient condition for getting a good review.
